rude employee terrible service
i had some issues. first, i couldn't find an outlet to charge my devices. also the front desk employee working around 6 am on january 4th was pretty rude? i asked how to check out and she just said 'what'. then she pointed to the drop box with a cold face. terrible service!

convenient location friendly staff tidy room
The location was really convenient. Tram stops were very close. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. the room was tidy. and clean. plus, there was a supermarket just behind the building, that was really useful.

direct route convenient location quadruple room
the hotel is close to the tram station, marsstrabe. this tram station has a direct route to the city center and runs at night. a taxi is not necessary due to the convenient location and cost savings. i liked the cleanliness of my quadruple room.
the self-service check-in kiosk was slow. internet access was necessary to use the kiosk so i needed help from another guest. i wasn't told about checkout times, breakfast, or laundry.

the location was perfect near the tram and subway.

I loved how close this place was to public transport. The tram stop right outside. The available parking was convenient though remember the low-emission zone sticker. Our room was big enough for four people and the beds were comfortable.

solid, practical base for exploring
friendly staff efficient staff comfortable bed clear rule
the staff were friendly and efficient. i got a taxi in about five minutes (that was quick!). the shower, hairdryer, and lift all worked perfectly. the beds felt comfortable and i found the rules clear and well-displayed.
the outlet placement in the room was a little inconvenient, but nothing major.

the room was clean. the bathroom had a nice feel. staff members seemed very kind and helpful. i found available parking in the basement (that's always a plus). the location proved great, with access to transportation.
